Is there a minimum commitment or contract?
No. There is no contract or minimum commitment required. Billing is done month to month and you can cancel any time.
How soon is SearchBlox available for use?
Once you complete sign-up, SearchBlox is setup on the cloud for immediate use. You can login and use SearchBlox within a few minutes.
How do I login to access my SearchBlox server?
SearchBlox provides a console to access the server.
Do you provide support in addition to hosting?
Yes. E-mail and Phone support for your SearchBlox server can be purchased in addition to hosting.
What is the username/password for the SearchBlox admin user?
The username and password for the SearchBlox admin console is admin/admin. Please note that this password is different than your hosting console username and password.
