– Operating System (Linux, Mac OSX, Windows)
– Current VM or hardware specification used for SearchBlox (CPU, RAM, Disk)
– Config.xml exported through console or available from SearchbloxServer/webapps/searchblox/config.xml
– Steps to reproduce the issue by the Support Team, including screen shots if possible
