Standard Level support provides email support Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, with a guaranteed 1-business-day response time on tickets. Premium Level support provides support 24 hours/day, 7 days/week, 365 days/year, with a guaranteed 4-hour response time on tickets. Premium Level support is available at $3,000 per server, per year, in addition to the Server Edition cost. Please note that a 3-server minimum is required for purchasing the Premium Level support plan.
