Do you offer a discount for non-profits and academic organizations?

Yes. SearchBlox offers a 40% discount on all support plans except Per Incident support for non-profit and academic organizations.

How is the payment processed?

SearchBlox accepts payment through check, credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) and wire transfer.

Do you accept a PO?

Yes. SearchBlox can accept a PO.

Can we accumulate the development hours on the Gold support plan?

Yes. All development help hours will be estimated and approved by the customer and can be combined for use within the support period. Additional development help hours can also be purchased if required.

Do you offer a reseller discount?

Yes. SearchBlox offers a reseller discount for all plans except Per Incident Support. Please contact us for details.
