Richmond, VA — SearchBlox, an enterprise search product company that simplifies search for complex organizations, announces the development of a built-in NLP automation platform as part of it’s SearchAI suite of products. While AI-powered search remains the primary use case for SearchBlox customers, the recent update is creating a “swiss army knife” effect, allowing users of Adobe Experience Manager and other content management systems to eliminate additional document-related, manual and repetitive tasks out-of-the-box.
Of the recent customer response to this new functionality, VP of Product and co-founder Timo Selvaraj says, “It’s been exciting to see the variety of ways our customers are taking advantage of the automation pipeline we’ve created. Automatically generating classifiable data from PDFs, websites, documents, and other data sources improves enterprise search and supports DX efforts. But our clients are also using it to reduce errors from manual tasks, free up capacity for their team members, and lower costs by putting AI to work in practical ways that move beyond traditional search.”
SearchBlox’s product development strategy focuses on breaking down the traditional search model into four distinct stages and identifying how to apply artificial intelligence at each stage, simply and securely.
SearchBlox’s Chief Knowledge Officer, John Lewis, will share more about the benefits of upgrading to intelligent enterprise search in his presentation at the 2022 Adobe Summit, virtual session S825, on Tuesday, March 15, 2022 at 4:30 PM ET.
